| Channel 4 looking for new Directors for Web Films Channel 4’s talent development initiative 4Talent Scotland is looking for new directors to take part in industry master classes and work with experienced 4Talent producers to create new, inspiring, creative videos for the 4Talent Scotland website.
Following the master classes, to take place in the Highlands and in Glasgow, three directors will be selected to work with Lewis-based production company Mac TV, producers of award winning documentaries such as Martyn Bennett:Grit and Downhill Racer, as well as long running arts strand series such as Ealtainn . Another five will work with Glasgow production company Blindside, who have produced various videos for the 4Talent Scotland website, such as Traffic, Trash and Toilets and Another Fine Mess.
To win a place on one of the master classes, and the chance to make a short film for the 4Talent website working alongside Blindside or MacTV, filmmakers and directors are invited to submit three ideas for the kind of films they’d like to see on the 4Talent website.
