The Scottish Chamber Orchestra will be joined by Chinese guitarist Xuefei Yang and conductor Alexander Shelley for the final SCO Highlands Tour of 2007, with performances of music by Rodrigo, Haydn, Stravinsky and Fauré in Stirling Castle's Great Hall (Thursday 6 September), Kingussie's Badenoch Centre (Friday 7 September) and Thurso High School (Saturday 8 September), where the SCO will perform as the opening event of Caithness Arts Festival. |
