Terry Neason, the wacky singing diva, 5 star award
winning sensation of the Edinburgh Fringe and smash hit of the Singapore Comedy
Festival, is to make a one-off 'come-back' appearance at this year's ButeLive Music & Arts
Festival
! Terry, whose one woman shows in the past were legendary, example
'Edith Piaf', has been persuaded by Maureen Beattie, festival Patron, to get
back on the boards on the Isle of Bute.
Singer, comedienne and
accomplished actress, Terry put all that behind her (she thought) a couple of
years ago to concentrate on her business called TLCPowertalk in London. www.tlcpowertalk.com However,
persuaded by Maureen Beattie to perform just once more, she will give a
performance not to be missed in Rothesay's Pavilion on Friday 16th July.
The ButeLive Music & Arts Festival will take place over the 16th to 19th
July in various venues on the beautiful Isle of Bute, the main one being the
wonderful 1938 built art-deco Pavilion in the main town of Rothesay. The
festival is geared to suit all ages and tastes and truly has something for all
the family.
The festival is organised by ButeLive Limited, a registered
charity on the island that endeavours to encourage and promote live performances
across a wide range of music and the arts for locals and visitors. The
festival has attracted funding from, Argyll & Bute Council, Argyll and the
Islands Enterprise, Miller Lager, Fosters Lager, Royal Mail and has received
Scottish Arts Council Lottery Funding.
