A great treat is in store for schools and communities throughout Argyll with the advent of a week long tour from 25th May to 1st June.  Musicians Anna-Wendy Stevenson (fiddle) and James Ross (piano/accordion) will play in no less than six primary schools, a centre for older people, give five public performances and four ‘come and try the fiddle’ workshops at the Loch Fyne Food Fair. Altogether, over 1000 people will hear them play! For many of their audiences, this may be the first time that they have heard high quality live music.

The tour is being co-ordinated and arranged by Lochgoilhead Fiddle Workshop in collaboration with Live Music Now!, a charitable scheme founded by the late Yehudi Menuhin, who was himself a great enthusiast of Scots fiddle music.
