The Sandstone Press is pleased to announce the addition of two new members to its Board.
Moira Forsyth was Fiction Editor of Northwords Magazine from 2001 to 2004. Associated with the Press from its inception Moira is Series Editor for the first group of Sandstone Vista novellas and is now working on the second. She is the author of a collection of poems, What The Negative Reveals (art.book) and two novels, Waiting For Lindsay and David’s Sisters (Sceptre). She is also a Business Development Officer with the Highland Council Education Department.
Iain Gordon is more recently associated with the Press and has accepted the position of Company Secretary. A Chartered Accountant and consultant with the Inverness based company Johnson Carmichael he is an accomplished Gaelic learner and active as both a solo singer and chorister with Nairn Gaelic Choir. He brings his great experience and wise counsel particularly to the company’s financial side.
