Perthshire Visual Arts Forum will be held on Saturday 4th June 2005 at the Battleby Centre, Redgorton.
Perthshire Visual Arts Forum is an inspirational one day event for career oriented visual and applied artists living in Perthshire and elsewhere. On the day there will be
- new Perthshire Artists Award Scheme will be launched,
- short talks and videos from Scottish and International artists about imaginative artists projects
- twenty ‘stands’ by organizations offering funding, information and opportunities
- artists from Japan, Denmark, Sweden, Iceland and Estonia
- portfolio networking connecting artists through their work
- artists from Shetland, Skye, Sutherland Dumfries and Newcastle attending
- Optional extra events : visit Perth’s New Concert Hall & new media installation and an evening farm Barbecue
