As part of the Summer Diversionary Activities Programme for Young People, Roxana Meechan, Arts Development Officer for Sutherland has organised an Intensive Week of Animation in Bettyhill with Workshops in the afternoon as part of the North & West Sutherland Kidz camp and with the following extra workshops for Young People in the evenings:

Come and try your hand at creating moving images exploring the wonderful world of Animation using zoetropes, camera and laptop with editing software to create some exciting animated characters & sequences! All materials are provided, working with collage, paint, pencil, ink...in fact anything that creates a mark and also with cut-out puppets! People of all ages & abilities welcomed with or without previous animation or drawing experience.
