The world premiere of a new musical play based on one of the best-loved character's in children's books, Katie Morag, will take place on Monday 29 August at Aros Hall, Tobermory on the Isle of Mull. 

For the first time, Katie Morag will be brought to life in a new play by Lisa Grindall, specially commissioned by Mull Theatre. Based on the famous books by Mairi Hedderwick, the play features Katie Morag, her two Grannies (Grannie Island and Grannie Mainland) and a visiting family of Americans. Also on stage are Eriskay the horse, the Struay cats, Grannie Island’s tractor – and a CalMac ferry!

There are original songs, live music, spooky places to visit and riddles to solve in a fun-filled show for all ages.
