The Channel 4 Researcher Training programme, now in its 4th year, is looking for 10 bright and enthusiastic entry-level researchers. The Channel 4, Researcher Training Programme is a collaboration between the channel and its suppliers.

This initiative is aimed at minority ethnic communities as they are currently under represented in television and is a unique opportunity for new talent to enter the industry at ground level, learn the ropes and the skills necessary to be a researcher.
