To spearhead the Inverness City Centre Streetscaping Improvements, lead artist Matt Baker is organizing a multi-faceted public art event to take place in late summer, 2006. 6 exciting projects will be commissioned to occur simultaneously, with an emphasis on engaging community groups and changing perceptions of the city centre.
