Arts & Business, the national charity dedicated to creating sustainable partnerships between business and the arts, today announced their shortlist for the Scottish Awards 2007.
Barclay Price, Director of Arts & Business Scotland, said ”This year's short-listed partnerships demonstrate the impact that businesses gain through working with the arts. The partnerships range from sponsorship to help promote brands and services, through art projects to foster communication and innovation among staff, to community arts activities to meet corporate social responsibility objectives. The list also shows that such partnerships are of benefit to companies both small and large, and are as successful in Orkney and Galloway as in Edinburgh and Glasgow.
