Working as a Freelance Artist / Arts Worker workshop on Monday 18th February 2008 from 10.30 to 15.30 at
An Lanntair, Kenneth Street, Stornoway, Isle of Lewis.

This training day is funded by An Lanntair to support Visual Artists, Musicians, Actors, etc aiming to make money from their art-form practice and arts education work. Fiona Pilgrim of the Cultural Enterprises Office will lead participants through practical exercises and cover self-employment issues including: defining and promoting your work; pricing different income streams; managing your invoices, books and tax; planning your work activities; contracts and insurance; and marketing.
