This introductory course will enable delegates to manage their time better.

Course Description

By the end of the course, delegates will be able to:

Consider the factors, both personal and external, that effect time and therefore, self management;
Explore the types of action that can be taken to minimise the effect of these factors;
Look specifically at their own work situation to identify the issues that effect their time management; and
Identify three practical steps they can take to improve their own time and self management.
