Argyll & the Islands Festivals
Music is certainly the mainstay of many festivals, and Argyll is no exception with rock, folk, jazz, classical and Gaelic all featuring prominently in a festival calendar that runs from March to September.

Argyll also boast festivals that encompass a wider arts programme incorporating literature, visual arts, crafts, storytelling and theatre. Others celebrate whisky, local food produce and walking, often including music and the arts to offer the visitor a truly life affirming experience.
