As part of the HI~Arts Audience Development Project, the project coordinator, Marcus Wilson, is able to provide training and consultancy for arts organisations wishing to develop audiences and sales.
Areas that can be addressed during consultancy or training sessions include:
- developing a marketing plan
- conducting audience research
- introducing Box Office systems
- Press relations
- Copywriting
- Web and emarketing
