This survey is part of research for our project 'Nine Trades of Dundee' which aims to bring trade and art together. During a funded development period we have commissioned this survey to gather information from UK and EIRE contemporary visual art practitioners who economically sustain their practice by working in a second trade or profession.

Our proposed project short- listed for Scottish Art Council's Inspire Fund is to commission 9 contemporary artists with second non- arts trades to lead collaborative arts projects with workers employed in that particular trade, to take place in the city of Dundee, Scotland in 2009/2010. We will not pass your personal details on to any one else. In completing this form you consent to any personal information you disclosed being held and processed as part of the Nine Trades of Dundee project.
