| Youth Theatre Project for the October Holidays | |
| 08 October 2008 Ever imagined you had special powers? Powers to defeat your enemies? What if you could be your own super hero and conquer evil, save the world and tidy your room all with a flick of your hand or a cold hard stare! Discover your Secret Warrior by creating a piece of theatre from scratch as part of a Youth Theatre Project at Speyside High School, Aberlour, on Mon 20 - Fri 24 Oct from 10am-4pm. Led by professional Drama Worker Chris Lee and Moray Council Arts Development Worker, Emma Sharpe, this course is for anyone aged 12 to 18. No previous experience is necessary, just a commitment to have a go. The week will culminate in a short performance on Friday 24th October, 3.00 pm Cost week: £30.00 (£25 concession – available for siblings of first participant or where family is in receipt of state benefit). Participants should bring a packed lunch or money to buy lunch from local shops or cafes. Suitable clothing should be worn.
