Heb Celt  are taking this opportunity to launch a caption competition. Celtic Connections is just around the corner and amongst a fabulous programme Heb Celt are delighted that the Dhachaigh show jointly produced by An Lanntair and HebCelt for 2007's sell out opening night gets another
