Central Station is made by digital studio ISO and is primarily funded by Channel 4's 4ip fund, the Scottish Arts Council's Inspire Fund and Scottish Screen. Central Station is aimed at creative people who are looking for a place where they can talk to their peers, share work and resources, access information and profile themselves.

What
Central Station aims to broaden, deepen and widen engagement with contemporary art, film and design. The project encourages creative people to use online technology and share their work with each other and new audiences.

They also hope to encourage cross-discipline and collaborative practice by giving people the space to discuss process, share resources and profile what they're making in an easy-to-use environment.

Members are part of an online community. They have their own showcase area including unique web address, plus the opportunity to get involved in events and projects.
