Artist's Statement

"I am a practicing visual artist working in lens based media.  My recent work consists of combining digital and traditional media in the production of installations.  I have been constructing optical sculptures (using simple lenses within structures) with video projections.  I have been living and working on the Isle of Lewis as artist in residence at the Grianan centre for the past year."

I find the observant nature of the 'flower' fascinating, its spider like eyes staring back across a landscape, by the sounds of it, seldom seen.
